1. I had a wonderful experience at Mt. Alvernia, St. Anne Mother and Child Centre, St. Raphael Ward, when my family and I welcomed our 2nd child. The staff was incredibly caring & attentive, making us feel comfortable & well-supported throughout our stay. The team demonstrated a high level of expertise, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. We couldn't have asked for a better place to bring our child into the world. Thank you to the entire team for their exceptional care & support during this special time in our lives.
2. My husband and I had a pleasant 4D3N at St Anne’s maternity ward. From pre-admission to discharge it felt like I have met more than 20 different staff and they are all knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed most of my meals and is always looking forward to the next one (tea break inclusive). Took the most basic single room and it was pleasantly bright (full length window), new and comfortable. (My first stay I slept in 2-bed room by the door in the old building and I must say it felt depressive). Overall experience felt like a staycation.
3. Nurses at Mt Alvernia St Anne hospital are God sent! They took care of me and my baby very well during my stay. Had c section for my firstborn there in Nov23. Confinement food is very nice too. Really appreciate the nurses who went out of their way to help me when I got engorged breasts even during wee hours (12 am, 3 am etc). It was my first delivery experience and so glad I made decision to choose Mt Alvernia for delivery
