1. Coming from the UK where A&E is a mess and can take hours, Mount Elizabeth is beyond expectations. I was seen by a nurse within 20 minutes of arriving, and treated within the hour. (Laceration on finger).

2. I am a local resident. I visited the emergency department in the morning of April 12 2023. Staffs did their best. Dr. Sim and Sister Tsang were efficient and very professional and friendly. As a patient, our case is always the most urgent to US. Please do our part to thank them and give each other a smile. They are humans after all.
