1. Wife was admitted to Mount E Novena last week. She was experiencing significant pain and there was a staff named Javier who ensured that her admission to the hospital was smooth and fuss free as much as possible. I really appreciate his efforts as he was very attentive and went above and beyond to help us. He helped us settle in the room and also made us felt comfortable in a situation with a lot of uncertainties. I would like to also thank the ward nurses for their caring help which made my wife's stay here such a pleasant one! Will definitely recommend this hospital if you are looking for a pleasant hospital stay!
2. As lodging person with my husband for 3 nights, I never felt bored due the excellence service of nurses and staff. It was like staying in the 5 star hotel, though my bed is not as good as the patient. Looking forward to the 3 meals 2 snacks everyday with many choices. Of course the room was certainly expensive loh!
