1. I've heard some outrageously horrible stories about Isa hospital, truly. Not one ounce of truth in them, not for us. Unfortunately we did need to attend and found the EXACT opposite of what we'd heard - wonderful bloody wonderful caring, competent AND funny Staff, a clean hospital despite the age of parts of the building, and everything up to date technologically medical equipment wise we could want in such a remote hospital. 2. I cannot speak highly enough of this hospital. The Emergency Department staff went above and beyond to make my Mum as comfortable as possible. The Surgical team were caring and compassionate. The Palliative Care team made her final hours peaceful. You are all amazing. Thank you for caring!
