I have been to the ER many times at Mountain View. I have always received good care there as well as inpatient. This visit was the fastest ever. Was taken back within a few minutes and was given a nurse.The doctor came in and explained what was going to happen to find out my problem. Everyone was helpful and very nice. I was given instructions about my home care. I was treated with respect. The nurses were wonderful and the doctor was great and explained all. Will continue to go to Mountain View for my medical emergencies.

I was attended to very quickly. although after I said atrial fibulation they knew what I was going through. The staff at the desk got me in very quickly. My ER Nurse got me hooked up to machines and got needles in my arm. the Dr. showed up and came up with a game plan right away. everything worked and I got to go home. I'm taking the prescription I was given from the ER DR. I am feeling much better. Also the Mountain View team called me and helped me get a sooner appointment with my PCP.
