2. I would like to commend level 2 Laboratory’s Jason’s stable, swift, accurate and professional skill in drawing blood for my mother.

My mother is very skinny, hardly exercise. Thus her vein is so fine and so very very hard to find. If my memory didn’t fail me, there is not a single time that my mother will not get blue black or multiple needle insertions after blood test. But this time round, no blue black and only one needle insertion.

Also, from the way he spoke to my elderly mother, can tell that he is also a very jovial guy and respect elderly very much!

3. my non fasting blood test appt was actually 1400 hrs but I came in at 11am . Explained my situation to the nurses at the registration counter . They were very nice and sweet to accommodate an earlier time. Proceeded to do my blood test and the medical tech was nice and pleasant. Overall experience was quick and made easy for me by the nurses . Thank you and kudos the healthcare team of NHCS ✨ keep up the good work .
