About Us :

The National Institute of Burns (India: National Burns Center; Vietnam: Le Huu Trac National Burn Hospital) is a specialized center dedicated to the holistic management of burn injuries. The centers provide urgent care, surgery, rehabilitation, and long-term support for patients with severe burns. They also focus on prevention, education, research, and training for healthcare professionals. The Indian center was commissioned in 2001 and is renowned for its comprehensive approach, including a skin bank, intensive burn care, and community outreach. The Hanoi hospital plays a critical role in Vietnam’s burn care, especially in mass casualty events and rehabilitation.
