The nurses are friendly and serve patients wholeheartedly. Especially for the pavilion class. The atmosphere is calm, visiting time is also limited so patients can rest. The food menu is adjusted to the disease the patient is suffering from. Every room and hospital room has a hand sanitizer. Pavilion rate 750 thousand/kmr and VIP 650 thousand/kmr. But a few months ago, when my family was hospitalized, when I entered the VIP room, I found something unpleasant. The TV didn't have a remote, the hand sanitizer was empty, the window didn't have a latch, and the nurse call bell didn't work. So if there is a need I have to go back and forth to the nurse's desk in the front of the hall. And the thing that in my opinion has not changed for the better is the cashless payment method for non-BPJS insurance users. It's still taking a long time to manage. Hopefully the service will be better in the future - suxi
