About Us :

The Navy Medical Institute (often referred to in the U.S. as the Naval Aerospace Medical Institute or Naval Operational Medicine Institute) is dedicated to training, research, and operational support for naval medical personnel. Its mission is to develop healthcare professionals with the character and competence required for global assignments in a variety of operational platforms, supporting both Navy and Marine Corps aviation and operational units. The institute is staffed by a mix of Navy officers (Medical, Dental, Medical Service Corps), enlisted personnel, and career civil service scientists, and it often collaborates with contract professionals for specialized research
