1. Friendly nurses, general staff, security and the pharmacist and teller at Clicks. Everybody here is helpful. The entrance is wheelchair friendly, the lifts are also big enough for the wheelchairs. The wards are clean. Restrooms are clean and have handbag-hangers.
2. There is definitely a step up all round in the level of customer focus. This is prevalent throughout. Staff are genuinely attentive . If only the Nursing staff at night especially can take in some of their own instruction. The best way to heal is to REST. This as thousands would agree is far from ideal. It is just far too noisy at night - talking loudly, banging equipment, etc. This should stop.
