1. Having been admitted to the medical ward for the 2nd time in a month, I have to commend Netcare Pinehaven on changes it has implemented in the medical ward since the beginning of March 2021.
The nursing staff is so much more caring and I'd go as far as saying so much more competent.

2. My daughter had to undergo knee surgery on Friday 3/11. From the moment we walked in on Friday afternoon to leaving on Saturday - every single staff member from the security, to the reception, nurses, cleaning staff and pharmacy - could not have been nicer, friendlier nor more professional.
I really don't want to go back to any hospital for any reason, but if I HAVE to this is where I want to go!
