1. The clinic is in the 10th floor of Hanoi Tourist Building. If you use grab just put "hanoi tourist building". There is no sign of the clinic's name on the outside of the building so this info might be helpful for others.

My Husband had diarrhoea and vomiting at the same time. Dr. Kobayashi is very helpful and he is very transparent about the cost and only gave us the necessary procedures. Strongly recommend this clinic.

2. We were travelling in Hanoi when our son developed high fever and vomit, since he was not improving after 24hrs we decided to google for a good international clinic and we came across this one. We reached out to them to schedule an appointment and doctor Kobayashi himself replied to us by text asking a number of questions about symptoms and then giving us a possible diagnosis and advice on how to treat our child. He then was following up on our son condition on a daily basis. All completely disinterested. Doctor Kobayashi decided that going to his clinic wasn't necessary and thus there was no payment request. His diagnosis and treatment advice was very helpful, our child improved and eventually recovered. We are extremely grateful to doctor Kobayashi for his attention and help.
