1. From calling the EMS to my husband being looked after in ER on Sunday morning, everyone was very professional and very friendly. The whole team, doctors, nurses, admin and the cleaning staff were a pleasure to see work together. They took great care of us and kept us informed about his treatment. A great experience in what is a sad situation.
2. Just had our little one delivered this week and I cant be more thankful with the care and service that was provided to my newborn and wife. For the 3 days we spent in the labor and post delivery ward everything was streamlined and organised by the department. Not going to mention the names of the nurses and doctors on this public platform but the entire team played a great role in making our experience comfortable and warm.
