My Friend attained a shoulder dislocation during snowboarding and was sent to this hospital. They have english speaking staff at the reception and will accompany you during consultation. The orthopedic surgeon Tanabe sensei was very professional and my friend had got his shoulder back in place in just ard 20min. Everything was smooth. Thank you!

My brother had a knee injury requiring attention. There were 2 translators available to the left of the counter who assisted us when requested. As most of the staff only speak Japanese it was a little difficult to navigate but I found everyone very understanding and helpful of our situation. The doctor was fantastic and gave us exactly what we needed. We spent about 3.5hrs getting basic treatment and found that being humble, polite and understanding is the only way to navigate this place. Big thank you to Dr Keiji Kutsumi, the translator and staff. Much appreciated!

Enough parking space, Staff are helpful, they always try their best to help, waiting time is acceptable and services is good even though there are a lot of patients.
