I cannot praise this hospital enough for the exceptional care I received. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by friendly, compassionate staff who made me feel comfortable and reassured. The doctors were incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly explain my diagnosis and treatment plan while answering all my questions with patience and empathy. The nurses especially Mrs Jilsha and George went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, checking in on me regularly and providing care with a genuine sense of kindness. My son recently had surgery at NMC Al Nahda, and I highly recommend their services and amenities (especially the new block). We received very good service from the patient registration team, throughout the nursing care provided, until my son was discharged. I particularly want to recommend Dr. Muthana Alrawi.
