1. We have our baby delivered in North Shore Private Hospital. The team was fantastic with OB, Anaesthetic, midwife. A bit of hassle with the paediatrician, the experience was not good. Parental classes helped a lot. Excellent customer service. Spent 5 days without any hassle. The staff is really helpful and friendly. They can improve on their pantry however the food delivered to the room was good. Need more vegetarian options on the menu. Nursery facilities are good. Baby's primary supplies are provided without any limit. I was only disappointed that the delivery suite was not available during our stay. If you get a parking pass it's a lot cheaper for a stay of 5 or 7 days

2. We had our beautiful baby girl delivered at NSP and overall had an excellent experience with everybody that we dealt with. Our room was very nice, with a nice view of the city skyline and also a glimpse of the bridge. All of the midwives were so professional, caring and patient with us. It was great to attend some of the various classes that were being run as well on topics such as breastfeeding and soothing your baby. It was also very easy and practical for guests to visit as well due to the huge car park just across the road - as well as the nice and central location in St Leonards which was very convenient for everybody, especially for us.
