The care my brother has received has been outstanding. Clean, modern in the area I visited. Zero smells which is a big deal to me within a hospital. Parking on the other hand is not good especially for elderly, unwell, disabled people. I would give five stars if parking wasn’t an issue. Security guard was incredibly rude to my brother in law.

Loss of words! Speechless! Wow! I didn’t even want to leave the hospital! That’s how amazing I felt there throughout my lower back fusion surgery I had with Dr. Michael Lefkowitz. 7th flr tower was amazing! One nurse I had to kick out because she wasnt doing her job at all but from the morning of check in to the last day of me checking out I was treating with impeccable service and care. I was in shock with how the food was and the menu having so many items. I loved that there were nurses that actually cares about their job and tended to me with no complaints. The physical therapist, aides and occupational therapist were very helpful as well. There was a PT room with little steps and make believe car which was great for the beginning stages of my recovery. I was recovering there so good! I even got a room change right next door and got the window side which was great for my flowers so I didn’t mind being moved at all. The hospital even has 24hrs for visitors! I can’t remember my favorite nurses names but I do know the 7pm to 7am crew were my favorite and I was there from a Thursday evening to a Wednesday afternoon. I would definitely recommend my surgeon & this hospital for surgery needs & great care!
