This morning, I had to make a trip to the ED and each and every person that I encountered was fantastic. It was very very early in the morning and I’m sure the staff were tired after having a long night and yet all of them were kind and caring and thoughtful with their words and actions. They turned a stressful situation into a manageable moment. Thanks to all of them at the emergency department of EMMC.

We had to go to the ER for stitches on our one year old. Everyone from The security guards, check in staff, nursing staff, and doctors were very professional, warm, and explained everything very well. They updated us in the plan, wait time, and gave us great explanations and expectations of the medical care and plan. It was a busy day full of traumas but they kept us informed and moved us through in a very timely manner. The hospital was very clean and comfortable. Our daughter needed sedation and they did a great job and I felt comfortable the whole time.
