It serves as East Long Island’s primary VA facility, offering comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services through eight locations, including a central medical center, five community-based clinics, and mobile units. It is also a federally accredited teaching hospital affiliated with Stony Brook University, combining cutting-edge care with medical education and research.

THE BEST HOSPITAL ON LONG ISLAND! Best care and attention to detail i have ever experienced including civilian hospitals near my home(South Nassua). My fiancée made a 41 minute drive to the ER because of their level of care cannot be matched by civilian healthcare
