NorthShore Health Centers is a non-profit organization established in 1997 to provide affordable healthcare in Northwest Indiana. It operates multiple locations across Porter, Lake, LaPorte, and Jasper Counties, offering medical, dental, vision, chiropractic, mental health, and pharmacy services. The centers serve both scheduled and walk-in patients with extended evening and Saturday hours at select locations.

Appointment scheduling was easy. Wait time was at the appointment was very quick. The nurse and Dr Mark Jones were great. I was in and out and during my entire procedure Dr Jones informed me of what was going on and was very gentle.
