I do pastoral visits all over Metro Atlanta and regional Medical Center. Every time I come to Northside hospital Cherokee I met with excellent customer service, the medical staff are professional and polite. The patients that I visit have outstanding compliments regarding the medical team and staff as well. Not only is the hospital beautifully designed, parking is very easy, giving access to the entire facility without complication, spacious and cleanly wall-to-wall. My father in law was taken care of on the 7 East floor after knee surgery and a stroke. The staff were absolutely amazing! Everyone was kind, caring, thoughtful and helpful.
