Northwell Family Health Center (formerly known as the Dolan Family Health Center), a division of Huntington Hospital, offers exceptional primary and multispecialty care from a team of board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners and more.

We're committed to raising health in our community—and we help those who are uninsured or underinsured, regardless of their ability to pay, age, race, sex, ethnicity, or marital status. All services provided are strictly confidential.

Our friendly, knowledgeable support staff offers assistance in English, Spanish and French.

My doctor is Desai. She is a fantastic doctor!!! She listens to everything I tell her. She gives me answers and is very concerned about me. She asks questions all the time to be helpful and understand what my problem is. She always calls me back when I call her. If I’m not sure about something she will explain it to me where I understand. I had a few doctors in my life time but she is the best!!! I will always go to her!!! I can’t say enough about her!!! Dr Co is a wonderful doctor he has always helped me with my elderly mother whenever we need him he is an angel. The staff Vanessa , Claudia and the rest of the staff are also extremely amazing with anything we need they are always there to help. The office is clean and very well kept.
