The nursing staff was wonderful. They were very attentive to my needs. Everyone was so thoughtful. I felt like they were friends when I left. Also the dietary gentleman always made sure he got me what I liked. Quan was so kind. He definitely made my stay nicer. He came in with a smile on his face every time.

Entire nursing staff was exceptional. Bravo stands out above the crowd as the immaculate professional. Always willing to go the extra mile. The care team with Dr Shields, was excellent and anesthesia was wonderfully competent. All in all, it was a very good visit and if I ever have surgery in the future I plan to return to Norton.

I recently used the outpatient services for a cardiac test. My experience was great! I didn’t have to worry about parking since I used the valet. I got there early and they were able to see me immediately. The nurses and techs doing the test were super super friendly. She knew I was a bit nervous and she was very encouraging and explaining everything to me. I was very happy, downtown is not the closest option for me but that was the only location that had an opening. I was pleasantly surprise how convenient it was.
