I have been visiting my 91 year old parents in Leland and got very sick. My Father called EMS and they took me to Novant. I have never had such exceptional care. Everyone from the registration staff, nurses and doctor gave me the highest quality care. They were patient, kind, considerate, professional and kept me informed about what was going on with my care. I would definitely choose this hospital again if needed. Thank you so much! My Father had hip surgery there in November and the care he received was also exceptional. Keep up the good work.

I have now been an inpatient at NH Brunswick Medical Center twice — in November 2023 after a minor stroke (my first), and last Thursday in the OR for a special procedure related to my prostate. Yes, I have lived here for ten years now, and have previously heard negative comments about BMC. And based on my two experiences, those comments are UNTRUE! You will not find a more competent, professional, and cordial/caring staff of nurses, doctors, and administrators anywhere! I would literally bet my life on it. And the nursing staff in the OR are the best! Novant Health should be proud of BMC and the staff there.

My wife just gave birth here and words cannot express how grateful we are for the truly exceptional level of care and hospitality we were provided. The attention to detail and commitment to my wife and our baby's health were first-class. We were treated like family and left there feeling so loved and supported. I would hands down recommend this hospital to anyone that is considering options for labor and delivery. Thank you so much to the team of doctors and nurses, the food service staff, and everyone else for making us feel so loved and supported during this incredible time in our lives.
