We came in with my daughter who had broken both bones in her left arm and was in a very bad position in her arm and in severe pain. We rang the bell and were asked if we had pulled a ticket, but they quickly realized that we had to come in. I struggled to find my daughter's social security number as I was stressed and focused on my daughter, but when I found it they quickly brought painkillers and what I think was some relaxing medicine. The doctor looked at the arm and didn't need to feel it to see that it was a fracture. An ambulance was called and arrived within a few minutes and we were safely taken to the hospital while my daughter was able to relax in the back of the ambulance.
