OCA Hospital is a tertiary care medical institution with more than 45 years of experience in the sector.

Since its founding in 1973, the America Clinical Organization (OCA) has grown from a hospital with only 30 beds and a staff of just 100 people to a tertiary care hospital. It currently has more than 290 beds, 23 operating rooms, 20 emergency rooms, and a staff of more than 1,300 employees.

In March 2000, the institution obtained Hospital Certification from the Ministry of Health, which was granted again in November 2004.

In 2003, OCA Hospital became the first specialized hospital in Latin America to obtain ISO 9001-2000 certification, an achievement that attests to the quality of its processes, the training of its staff, and the optimal functioning of its medical equipment.

In 2006, the first Cyclotron was installed in the north of the country.
