About Us :

OCA Hospital is a tertiary care medical institution with more than 45 years of experience in the sector.

It is currently ranked among the most modern and prestigious hospitals in the country. In recent years, it has been characterized by significant growth in technological infrastructure, as well as by significant achievements in the medical development of the community, as well as international recognition and medical quality certifications.

Since its founding in 1973, the America Clinical Organization (OCA) has grown from a hospital with only 30 beds and a staff of just 100 people to a tertiary care hospital. It currently has more than 290 beds, 23 operating rooms, 20 emergency rooms, and a staff of more than 1,300 employees.

In March 2000, the institution obtained Hospital Certification from the Ministry of Health, which was granted again in November 2004.

In 2003, OCA Hospital became the first specialized hospital in Latin America to obtain ISO 9001-2000 certification, an achievement that attests to the quality of its processes, the training of its staff, and the optimal functioning of its medical equipment.

In 2006, the first Cyclotron was installed in the north of the country.

In 2007, he received the Nuevo Leon Quality Award.

It was named a Global Technology Center by Philips and GE in 2008.

In 2020, OCA Hospital and Doctors Hospital obtained 1st and 2nd place in the North of the Country in the High Complexity Specialties of:

Oncology, Cardiology, Heart Surgery, Gastroenterology, and Gastrointestinal Surgery, from the Ranking of the Best Private Hospitals in Mexico by the Mexican Health Foundation.
