I haven’t actually been to the appointment yet which is later today, but these people (specifically Sarah) where the most amazing, kind, understanding, non judgmental people I’ve spoken to in a while! Trust me I’ve called for weeks with no luck and she literally helped me more than I can thank her for! I feel the biggest relief right now knowing my child who is on Medicaid is actually being helped and immediately as well! She even gave me her personal number to make sure I get what I need for my son. We need people with a heart like hers working in mental health. Usually it takes someone who’s been through a rough time to have this compassion and she definitely gets it! I can’t thank you enough, I was on the verge of a breakdown because I felt like I couldn’t help my own child. Your truly an angel!
