I don't think I've ever been so impressed with a facility. The facility is clean and easy to navigate. The staff is friendly and very efficient. Checkin was a snap. I was there to see Dr. Dudesett's PA. Talk about efficient and organized! No wait time at all. I met with the nurse, met with PA, had a procedure and was out in 35 minutes! Highly recommend!!

This hospital is a invaluable asset to the parish. Services are fast and top notch quality. They value your time, unlike the 2 others hospital in St. Tammany Parish where they let you linger for hours(you contract diseases from others while waiting for treatment) checking in and out are the worst. Seems like they never have adequate staffing (WHY?). Those 2 have A "DON'T CARE ATTITUDE" towards the patients, just another number to them. I'm on Medicare and Tricare, Ochsner is a great provider, I moved here from California where excellent healthcare are an abundance ie...UCLA, UC Irvine, Kaiser-Permanente our local Ochsner provides the same high quality services. I know we have LSU in this state, but not too sure about their system. Ochsner provides me with a team of specialist, one for each of my ailment and I have many. Yes I have Insurances, but their attitude towards patients is more in line of, neighbor caring for neighbor rather than just another number. Their no waiting more than 15 minutes policy is the norm there at the Covington hospital.
