I just got home from surgery today, but i needed to write this asap. I had an exploratory surgery to search for endometriosis. First, my preop nurses were absolutely amazing . They take their time to help you feel comfortable and are overall great at their jobs and great people. I’ve seen handfuls of doctors who have told me im too young to have endometriosis. However, once i came to Ochsner i was taken seriously. Thanks to their compassion and understanding, today i left knowing i was never crazy and i was right. I cried and cried, but those sweet nurses held my hand and let me get it out. Ochsner is my go to. I’ll always forever be grateful in them helping me get answers!
