I think that there are at least two items of importance for any patient and that is "Will they keep me informed and answer my questions?" The second concern regards the quality of care. In my case Ogden Regional did an outstanding job in both areas. I am now a week out and had my first post op: No infections no swelling! That's proof positive of the care I was provided!

I went into surgery. My first real surgery. So I was really nervous. All the staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. They took amazing care of me. They did everything to make me as comfortable as possible. They all had great advice and had such positive attitudes. So it made the experience so much better. I was in for my first ever surgery and I have to express how amazing all of the staff, doctors and administrators were. I was nervous to have surgery but with all of the support I received from Ogden Regional Medical Center it was such an easy process and smooth transition. Dr. Bikhazi was so impressive and was very responsive, and helpful and kept my loved ones up to date on what was happening with my procedure and progress. Wynn, my nurse was so nice, helpful, and professional. Jenny the nurse who was with me during the anesthesia process was absolutely amazing! Thank you to everyone involved. I am so truly thankful for my experience.
