1. This was our first time at this hospital. We drove here to make sure we were at a place that would empathize with our son. Every nurse, surgeon, and tech spoke to him and made sure he understood what was going on. Everyone answered my questions. Dr. Seims, Nurse Naranda, and Aaliyah were all very nice and kept good care of my son. Every staff member we came in contact with was very nice, wish I remembered all their names. The rooms were clean and had access to children's movies.

2. We had such a positive experience at a time when we were scared and worried about our child. My son was brought in through the ER for unexplained illness and all of the staff were welcoming and calming. The nurses and assistants were beyond amazing with my son. They took the time to explain everything to him as they did it, and were very conscious of his feelings and concerns. The doctor was so nice, while still being honest and forthcoming about the situation. Tests and results were performed and returned in a timely manner. Our eventual admittance was simple and we were made to feel comfortable at every step. Our overnight care was outstanding and our weekend stay was the best it could be given the situation. Everyone from nurses, to social workers, to PA’s and doctors were so kind to us. I wish more adult hospitals provided the same level of compassion and genuine care my son received during his stay. Truly a 5 star experience!
