Hospital Beds & Infrastructure

I live in Hereford, AZ but my Dr., Dr Chen, whose main office is in Tucson, does most of his surgeries at Oro Valley Hospital. I'm so thankful that I had my surgery done there! It is a beautiful hospital and all the pre-op staff, OR staff, and recovery room staff, that I came in contact with, were cheerful, jovial, and very proficient at their jobs. They made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions. I was in the OR for about an hour and 15 minutes, and a little over an hour in recovery. Before I knew it, I was on my way back to Hereford. I feel blessed that Dr Chen was my doctor/surgeon. He is a very caring man, with a wonderful bedside manner and the ability to put your mind at ease. My husband told me that if he ever needs surgery, he wants it done at Oro Valley Hospital!~Sharon

What wonderful people work there..I went there for an emergency visit.. I Was seen right away. They did a CT scan within a matter of minutes and took blood and another exam.. The longest I waited was to get the results of my tests. The nurse and the p.a. I'm sorry I don't remember your names were knowledgeable caring and reassuring and they absolutely knew what they were doing..I hope I'm on the mend but I wanted to say thank you for doing what you do with such compassion. If I ever need anything again I will certainly be back .~patty hale
