I am out of town for a few days and needed to be checked out during our stay. The admin staff was friendly at the check in process and the process was painless. I was able to get back in a room within minutes of check in. Nurse Emily and other clinical staff were amazing. I was there the typical 3 to 4 hours. Ultrasound tech was super friendly. When we are visiting Lafayette, if the need arises, this is where we will seek medical care.

Went into the emergency room with burns at a very busy hour. The director Lyle Prejean took action and extended treatment into the hallways. I received the best treatment and nicest staff who helped me and every one in the emergency room. Made my bad day better.
