The hospital offers free consultations, doctor’s professional fees, and accommodation to indigent patients, charging only minimal fees for medicines, supplies, and other services. It is administered by the Sisters of St. Paul of Chartres and serves Parañaque, Las Piñas, and neighboring towns. The hospital’s mission is to erase the notion that only mediocre service is available to the poor, providing first-rate facilities and dedicated staff to all patients
