1. This is a relatively new Community Hospital for recuperation and recovery. The hospital is spacious and has ample parking space located at basement 3&4. The entrance to the carpark is a bit obscure and is located immediately to the left of the entrance to the hospital.
2. I would like to give thanks to one of your splendid staff from Patient Service Centre at level 2. He was a young chap very patient and helpful when I sought his assistance to set up my mum’s Singpass to link it to my healthhub so that I can track her appointments and records.
I have been turned away multiple times at different hospitals and polyclinics because they said it wasn’t their job. Although he could have brushed me off, he took his time to help me set up everything. Really thankful for his guidance because I have been stuck for months.
