I have had awesome care from my providers at the VA much better than what was provided through Tri-care , Primary Care Dr at WKP. PA Daniels is amazing she is on the ball with her referrals I have had no problem whatsoever getting community care referrals. The physical therapy and occupational therapy staff are amazing as well. Everybody I have run into there has bent over backwards to see that my needs were met very friendly staff. The only issue I had was at the emergency room one of the women answering the phone was extremely rude at 9:30 PM when I was wandering around in the dark trying to find my way into the building she was not helpful at all. Security car was parked and running with nobody in it;They were no help in me finding my way into the building after hours after dark. Nobody should have to walk around after pitch dark looking for a way into the hospital very dangerous.
