It was founded with funds raised by many medical authorities. It is not only the first community-based district hospital in Haishan District, but also the only emergency-responsible district hospital in Banqiao West District.

After being taken over by Dr. Liu Bingzhong in 1992, he gradually expanded his health business based on the people-oriented concept of "whole-person health care".
