1. I think the experience is very subjective. Depending on your needs and situation. I won't mention my situation here, but ward services were very impressive. Everything was well taken care of. Staff, nurse, doctor were all very polite and shown professionalism. However it wasn't cheap to stay here 😅😅.
2. Excellent staff and professional caring A&E doctors! Well established process, and the nurse ushers to various locations (triage, x-ray, pharmacy, etc). Note that there’s a high surcharge for weekends and after office hours, in return for efficient services and a smaller crowd. And if you have covid symptoms, you’d be channeled to a separate triage location (with staff donned with PPE/ Personal Protection Equipment)
