It operates under the local government and is subsidized by the city, with 90% of in-patients being charity cases. The hospital is recognized as the Most Outstanding Healthy Place under the hospital category in Metro Manila for two consecutive years PCGH aims to deliver the highest attainable quality of patient care, regardless of social status, political belief, or capacity to pay
