I arrived for my 7:03pm appointment and was taken back within 5 minutes. The women at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. The doctor/ nurse practitioner Jessica Gentry saw was very sweet, informative, caring, and helpful. I was stressed because all the pharmacys in my area had closed at 6pm or 7pm. I was in so much pain in my left ear. However, they was able to fill my prescriptions here. I was able to leave with the medications I needed to feel better. Thank you, Jessica!

Absolutely recommend Peachtree Immediate Care in Phenix City. I saw Kristin, one of the Nurse Practitioners working. She ordered an X-ray and did a lab test, just to be sure of my illness. I felt seen and heard...and like I mattered. So often we just feel like a patient number when we are seen at urgent care or doctor's offices...not so with Peachtree Immediate Care. When we need assistance, we will go back. Thankful for everyone on staff that night. From the front desk to every other staff member I saw. HIGHLY recommend.
