Opened in 1993, Perinatal was born as a result of the work of a pioneering group that invested in excellence in medical care, focusing on full care for pregnant women and newborns.

Responsible for introducing the concept of Perinatology into maternal-fetal care, Perinatal is the only private hospital in Rio de Janeiro that exclusively offers maternity services and integrated healthcare for women and babies.

Perinatal has become a reference in Gynecology and Obstetrics, Fetal Medicine and Neonatal and Pediatric Cardiac Surgery. The infrastructure of the units has cutting-edge resources, equipment and technology with humanized care and a multidisciplinary team trained to provide quality care.
