Phenomenal patient care and overall experience. Dr. Thayer was intelligent, informative and empowering (my first prenatal visit and it's twins!). She exemplified care and took a no-nonsense approach, which I appreciate. The Attendant present during ultrasound had a calming and reassuring touch (allaying some nerves about potential complications).
