Jamh Rabuya Supposed to be one of the best facilities in the city but unfortunately lacks of organization. Admission and Discharge are both time consuming it is, Medical abstract will take 2-3days to finish. Worst part is the billing and cashier section. Regardless if you’re a paying(cash) or by insurance patient it will take 12hrs to finish, not to mention all papers completed prior to submission/processing. Also refunds will take 2-3weeks to have just the cheque. Despite all these I would like to commend nurse Jay-R of adult ward petal 3F for his excellent service towards our patient.
