It was the best urgent care experience I have ever had. This was my first time coming to this facility. But I was able to reserve the time that worked best for me. I don’t think I had more than a five minute wait. The time for the PA to come to the room was within 5-10 minutes. The diagnosis was explained thoroughly. There are other facilities closer to me but I would gladly drive the distance for this type of experience.

This staff is great! I went in on a Saturday with a sinus infection that I had been fighting for a week. I explained how busy I have been and how it was getting worse. The lobby was packed but I was patient. They had me there a little over a hour. Everyone was so very kind. All the girls not only wishing me a Happy Mother’s Day but also noticed it was my birthday in a couple of days. The assistant and Nurse Practitioner really listened and hooked me up with all the meds I would need to get through a busy weekend.
