Portsmouth Regional Hospital is one of the best hospitals in Northern New England. My father - n - law and my father both have been patients here and the doctors and nurses took very good care of them. My dad came in with pneumonia and the nurses on duty made sure he was well cared for. They were amazing and helped him to get better quickly. I am thankful for the love and concern the staff gave to my dad during his stay. ❤️

This particular visit and experience went well. Despite dealing with stressful health issue, I was attended to well and kindly. Steps, procedures were explained in detail and performed successfully as promised. Doctors, staff and especially the nursing staff were very personable, patient and helpful. Wait times were overall reasonable for the expectations set. I was listened to and had ample opportunity to ask questions. My only concern pending is the long process of settlement with insurance and billing which took months to finalize the previous time I was admitted for a health issue. Admin. was helpful in this process, however, it was a long process to complete through the corporate level.
