I've been going to this PrimeCare location for almost 8 years. I see Dr Yusef Williams, Valerie Thomley, and Megan Cole for my medical needs. Megan has treated my back pain a few times and Valerie and Dr Williams handle my prescriptions and diabetes needs. I always receive great care from all their employees. I like to talk a lot sometimes, and everyone is always really nice, and they make me feel important. They are good at getting me in and out of the office. They are also fast about getting my refills over to the pharmacy. Sometimes the pharmacy has already started filling my prescriptions by time I walk out their office door. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my care. Dr Williams and Valerie always take the time to speak with me about my concerns, and they truly care about my health and happiness. And, Megan always knew what to do about my back pain. Just a few months ago she sent a referral for physical therapy because I pulled my back again. I started therapy within just a few days after seeing her. I saw her as a walk-in on a Saturday and I didn't hardly have to wait for anything. I was probably there for only 30 or 45 minutes that day. I have no plans on changing doctors, and I will continue to go here for as long as I can. It's hard to find a good doctor that you truly trust, but I feel I've found three great doctors here at PrimeCare.
