1. Went in because I was experiencing severe abdominal pain, I don’t like hospitals due to past experiences however this time was unavoidable . I didn’t wait long to be seen , the nurse Katie (red hair) was phenomenal.she was attentive funny and kind and made my stay so much better. And to top it off the handsome Irish doctor Luke matched Katie’s energy I felt like I was apart of a greys anatomy episode and made my healing journey so much better .. I applaud the work and effort these two put into their job. This is what health workers are all about.
2. I've never been to an emergency room in my life, but I suddenly found myself attending it thrice this week due to some very worrying and intensifying symptoms. All three of the doctors and nurses who treated me were incredibly thorough and reassuring and provided helpful treatment. In my first two visits I was seen to and discharged in the quick span of four hours, and, even after a longer wait on my third visit (due to it being a busier night and also probably due to the fact that my symptoms had only intensified rather than changed) was still no problem at all. The waiting room was also very clean, and I felt very safe sitting in there for the time that I did. Thanks to Dr Murray, Dr Liu, Dr Helgesen, and all the nurses/receptionists.
