Have had this provider of home care in järfälla since the turn of the year, and I am super satisfied! They make an effort to make sure it's the same person who comes every time, and are incredibly flexible when it comes to changing days in case I wake up with a migraine when it's cleaning day, for example. Can always find solutions. The coordinator Odeleine is very helpful and nice. The last time they were here, my regular staff had a training session, but then Odeline herself came and took her pass, so I got to clean just as well as usual. Responsive and flexible, happy and pleasant when they come here. Good communications in case of changes in schedule or personnel. I am very satisfied!\
