First of all the Medical service my dad received was good and I have no complaints about that. He was discharged while I was out of town and transported to Rehab. During this process the hospital did NOT make sure he had his teeth. Why they didn't just have him put them in I don't know because he could have in seconds. They are now saying that the nurse tucked his teeth into the bag of clothes. I was told the teeth were put under his clothes in the corner of the bag. By some miracle the clothes were there when he got to rehab but his teeth were not. I can only imagine what they will bill Medicare for 15 days of care and yet they wont replace the dentures they lost. It should be their responsibility to make sure that all belongings are secured before transport.

Just came from here. Doctors were very nice and helpful. Really quick experience to with how busy they were. Only complaint is from the security guard. I was the only person waiting to get checked, no line or anything behind me, and I had taken the phone charger out of my pocket and it was wrapped around my arm, as I was getting it off he said “come on” in a rude demeanor. His name was Steve. The other security guard was super nice and cracking jokes. Don’t know what this dudes problem was but if he doesn’t like his job and is that impatient that he couldn’t wait 3 seconds, he should go somewhere else.
