My brother, I and immediate family would like to thank the Providence doctors, nurses and support staff for the amazing and compassionate care of our mother in room 557. All staff (doctors, nurses, support, etc) from Monday February 20th until February 25th were kind, considerate, and respectful. We greatly appreciate the communication and efforts from the entire team during this difficult time. Thank you all.~Meraiah Marvel
On the 2.September, having just arrived for our vacation, from Germany, my husband suffered a collapse and we ended up at the emergency unit at the Providence Alaska Medical Center. Despite it being Labor Day we were dealt with quickly, efficiently and with great kindness. All the staff we met including Dr. Kim and Nurse Krista and all of the other staff, were great. Thank you for being thorough, listening to us and giving my husband the best care. Thanks to you, we were able to start our vacation with peace of mind and new energy. We highly recommend this medical facility!~Blumen Charlie
